GTM Launch Sprint

Get a focused GTM process live in 30 days.

We select one of our predefined packages for your business, configure it around your agreed inputs, and deploy connected workflows your team can use.

€5,000 · One package · Fixed scope

The 30-day schedule starts after readiness is verified. Delivery depends on your team meeting the agreed access, information, and approval deadlines.

The packages

Three starting points. One package for your business.

We assess your process, tools, and data before recommending a package. You see the exact deliverables and limits before committing. Each package is complete and fixed. Components cannot be mixed or exchanged.

Package 01

TAM Mapping

Give your sales team a clear set of accounts to work.

Source accounts in your agreed target segment, qualify them against your criteria, enrich the records, and send approved accounts to your CRM. Your team gets a repeatable process it can run again.

For teams with a clear target customer and a sales owner ready to act on the accounts.

Turn identified website visits into useful sales signals.

Connect your visitor-identification provider, enrich and qualify matched accounts, and surface relevant activity in your CRM with a sales alert.

  3. Qualification and enrichment
  4. CRM action and alert

Scope

  • One website and one supported identification provider.
  • One qualification model.
  • CRM matching and duplicate handling.
  • A defined sales handoff and notification.

Good fit

For teams with relevant website traffic and someone ready to follow up on qualified signals.

Not included

Identification depends on the provider and available data. This package does not identify every visitor or include managed outreach.

Package 03

Inbound Qualification & Routing

Get incoming leads to the right person with the right context.

Connect an existing form to a workflow that enriches submissions, checks qualification criteria, updates your CRM, and assigns the next action.

  1. Form submission
  2. Enrichment
  3. Qualification
  4. CRM assignment and notification

Scope

  • One existing form.
  • One qualification model.
  • Defined routing and ownership rules.

Good fit

For teams already receiving inbound leads who need a consistent qualification and handoff process.

Not included

Does not include website redesign, CRM migration, complex territory routing, or ongoing lead management.

The scope

A fixed scope keeps the work moving.

Before you commit, you receive the package's deliverables, limits, required tools, and responsibilities. We configure the supported inputs for your business. The package itself stays fixed.

We configure

  • Your agreed target-account criteria
  • Supported qualification settings
  • Existing CRM fields within the package
  • Agreed owner assignments

Outside the sprint

  • Additional sources or packages
  • New features or custom integrations
  • CRM migrations or redesigns
  • Additional deliverables or ongoing operations

No component swaps. No custom additions. No mixing packages.

If you need your own roadmap, choose advisory for expert direction or a Custom GTM Engine for implementation around your requirements.

Delivery

Ready first. Then 30 days to delivery.

  1. Step 01

    Confirm the fit.

We check that the package suits your process, tools, and available data.

  2. Step 02

    Confirm the scope and readiness.

You accept the fixed deliverables. We verify access, required inputs, and a named project owner before kickoff.

  3. Step 03

    Build and validate.

TC9 configures and tests the workflows. Your team supplies the agreed decisions and feedback on schedule.

  4. Step 04

    Launch and hand over.

We deploy the agreed workflows, document them, and show your team how to use them.

TC9 delivers

  • The agreed workflow implementation.
  • Configuration and testing against the package scope.
  • Correction of implementation defects against that scope.
  • Documentation and team handover.

Your team provides

  • One accountable project owner.
  • Required access and business inputs.
  • Decisions and feedback by the agreed deadlines.
  • Someone responsible for acting on the workflow's output.

Questions, answered.

Does €5,000 include all three packages?

No. It covers one fixed package selected by TC9 after assessing your business. You receive its exact scope before committing.

Can we choose our own combination of workflows?

No. Components cannot be mixed, swapped, or added. We recommend a complete package that fits your needs, or a different engagement if none is suitable.

What gets configured for our business?

The supported inputs in your package, such as target-account criteria, qualification settings, and owner assignments. Configuration stays within the package's defined features and limits.

When do the 30 days start?

On the agreed kickoff date, after we verify the required access, information, and project owner. We confirm the schedule before work begins.

What happens if our team misses a deadline?

If it blocks delivery, the original delivery date no longer applies. We reschedule the remaining work once the missing inputs are available, subject to team availability. The agreed scope stays the same.

Can every business buy a sprint?

We confirm fit first. You need a suitable process, compatible tools, usable data, and someone responsible for the output. If none of the packages fits, we will tell you before you commit.

What does success look like after 30 days?

The agreed workflows are deployed, tested against the package requirements, and handed over to your team. We define an operational measure, such as lead-assignment time or account-data completeness. The sprint does not promise a specific revenue result within 30 days.

What tools and ongoing support will we need?

We confirm the required tools, operating costs, ownership, and support arrangements before you commit.
